Useful, But Annoying

When I first downloaded Download Shuttle I was pretty skeptical. I ran a few tests and was blown away, Download Shuttle would download a large file in 1/3 the time that it would take to download via Safari. In that regard, it works really well. There is also a Safari extension avalible on their website that will allow you to right-click on a download link and downlod it with Download Shuttle.

While I really love this app, the reason why I’m only giving it 3 stars is because of the incredibly annoying startup window that advertises FIBLAP’s other apps and takes two clicks to dismiss. When I’m using Download Shuttle, I’m trying to save time and anything that costs more time becomes a big usability problem. At the very least, let people purchase an IAP to permanently remove the startup window.
